Local Delivery Area

We have a large "local delivery area" that allows us to offer expedited delivery to these areas, along with free delivery on orders over $499.00, or a flat rate of $75.00 for orders $498.00 or less. Our local delivery service includes delivery, set-up and old product removal. Our main warehouse and retail stores are located in Gainesville, Florida. We consider the following Florida counties local: Alachua, Baker, Bradford, Clay, Citrus, Columbia, Dixie, Gilchrist, Hamilton, Jefferson, Lafayette, Lake, Levy, Madison, Marion, Putnam, Sumter, Suwannee, Taylor, and Union.

Non-local Delivery Area

For all shipments outside of our local delivery area, we work hard to ensure fast & professional "curbside" delivery for free on orders over $499.00, or $99.00 on orders $498.00 or less. This delivery option is great for those outside of our local delivery area that needs a new, quality mattress from us. While we do not set-up and remove old products, you will receive a high level of service from our entire team and we will always be here to help with any questions.  

Limitations 

If the package is excessively over-sized or overweight, additional shipping charges may apply, including but not limited to locations and countries outside the USA continental 48 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, and others. All quotes for specific Shipping procedures are for residential curbside only, unless otherwise noted.  Please ensure you have assistance at the time of delivery. On orders shipped overnight or 2-day, all shipping carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours to residential deliveries. This is beyond our control and air-shipping charges will NOT be refunded for this reason.

Important to Note

Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect items. Our warehouses put forth every effort to prevent shipping damage or errors. However, it does occur occasionally. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, do NOT accept the package; have the shipper immediately return to sender. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to sender.

We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect items after 14 days of receipt of item, regardless of the party at fault. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping company.
