WHAT TO EXPECT/ MATTRESS MAINTENANCE:

Due to new materials and components, all mattresses will have an initial break-in period and possibly a slight, harmless odor.  This period will vary based on a few variables such as type of mattress, materials, sleepers and duration of time spent in bed.  All mattresses must be rotated from time to time to ensure surface material uniformity, which will help prevent future issues.  You should rotate your mattress once a month for the first four (4) months, which will provide two (2) full rotations.  It is recommended you rotate your mattress at least once a year.

REST ASSURED GUARANTEES

1). REST Assured, 30 – 120 Night Comfort Trial - Since we are not satisfied until you are, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new mattress set.  The Comfort Trial duration will depend on the manufacturer and begins the date of you receive it.  Considering the natural break-in period and some people experiencing an initial adjustment period, we highly recommend you sleep on your new mattress for a minimum of 10 days but do not require it.  Purchases made only in the Local Delivery Area may exchange your mattress one-time only and must reselect from a displayed mattress from the original store you purchased from.  We want you happy, accordingly, we strongly encourage an exchange of equal or greater value.  If you go up in value, you will be responsible for the difference amount plus the additional sales tax and any fees.  If you go down in value, we will refund the difference amount plus the applicable sales tax from the difference, less the regular price of any promotional items possibly included at no charge based on original sale and any fees.  The manufacturer law tag must be attached and returning mattress must be free of any soils and/or stains, if not this Comfort Trial is null and void.  We must transport the bed being picked up, even if you picked the original order up yourself.  While we do not charge a restocking fee, we do charge a reasonable $99 processing fee that will be applied to any and all exchanges, which covers a portion of all exchange-related expenses.  There are no Comfort Exchanges or Returns on: any purchases(s) made outside of our Local Delivery Area, odd sizes, adjustable/power bases, discontinued or closeout beds, floor models, furniture, futon mattresses, pillows, protectors, toppers, linens and/or accessories. Purchases made in our Local Delivery Area may be returned within 21 days of receipt; Sleep Center reserves the right to charge a fair fee of no more than 12% of the Subtotal, to recoup any costs incurred during the sales/refund processes.       

2) REST Assured, Pricing Promise - We are confident our prices are absolutely unbeatable. In the rare instance an identical or equally comparable mattress set is advertised at a lower price elsewhere, we will match the price and beat it by 10% of the difference.  We’re so confident that even after your purchase, if within 120 days you find a lower price on an identical or equally comparable mattress set you bought from us in a printed advertisement from an authorized retail competitor, the Sleep Center will refund up to 110 percent of the difference between our price and the advertised price.  Auction and/or discount sites ie. ebay, Craigslist, Groupon, Amazon, etc are not considered a local retail competitor.  See store for complete details.  Certain exclusions may apply.
Details: 1)l Retail competitor must have the identical or comparable mattress set you purchased in stock at the time of the advertisement. 2) Refund amount cannot exceed the difference between the price you paid and our invoice cost. 3) Printed advertisement must be included in a generally circulated publication 4) We are unable to legally process adjustments on mattresses purchased outside a manufacturer’s National Promotional dates (we truly wish we could) 5) The Sleep Center Rest Assured Pricing Promise does not apply to: floor models, discontinued sets, as-is models, clearance or closeout models. Limit one deal per customer. No dealers please. This offer does not cover misprints, typographical errors or going out of business sales.
 

CANCELLATIONS & WARRANTY/SERVICE ISSUES

We understand life happens, you may cancel your order any time prior to receipt of merchandise for a full refund.  If you have a manufacturer warranty or service issue please call the store you originally purchased from and provide representative your invoice number, name, contact information and a description of the issue.  You may also email CustomerCare@ShopBedsOnline.com Manufacturer warranties against defects in workmanship must meet guidelines set forth by applicable manufacturer.  Each manufacturer will have a slightly different procedure to submit a warranty claim.  Rest assured, we will help and facilitate any and all claims to the fullest extent possible.  Our quest for your complete satisfaction does not end after you make your purchase!  Manufacturer warranties against defects in workmanship must meet guidelines set forth by applicable manufacturer.  All implied warranties are disclaimed and excluded including any implied warranty of fitness, implied warranty of merchantability and/or implied warranty for use as a specific purpose.  Likewise, there are no express warranties including a disclaimer that special ordered product(s) will conform to a sample or floor model.

Refunds

Refunds for returns normally take a few days to process and credit from the date we receive your return approval at the warehouse.Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited to the account you used to buy the merchandise, less any return fees and/or shipping/handling charges. You will receive a "credit approved" e-mail the day you are credited. Please be aware that your bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card.  We are not responsible for any bank delays. Shipping & handling charges are not refunded if a part is returned due to customer error. If after 30 days, you have still have not received a credit please contact our customer care experts at 1-888-695-BEDS  or you may use our online return form for a fast response to your needs. 
 

Return Policy

Within 14 days of receiving your mattress from ShopBedsOnline.com you may request a return following the aforementioned instructions, provided you live within the counties listed below.  No returns will be accepted after 14 days of receipt. All items must be in their original condition.  Any stain or saturation on the mattress of any type will automatically nullify and void any return agreement and item will be sent back to buyer.

Pillows, Mattress protectors/pads, sheets, linens, comforters, adjustable bases and/or electric bases are not able to be returned whatsoever. All returns are subject to terms & conditions listed on this page.

Return Procedure

If you live in any county other than the counties listed as our Local Delivery Area, all sales are final upon signature for proof of receipt.  To request a return please Click Here. We need your order number, name, email address and original shipping address you wish to return along with a detailed explanation of why you need to return it. If you do not have your order number, please indicate when your order was purchased and the full name ordered with.

Do Not Discard Original Packaging!

  • All RMA numbers are e-mailed in 2-3 business days with a return shipping address and complete shipping instructions.
  • No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. If the RMA number is not written on the outside of the shipping packaging, it will be returned back to you.
  • All returns must be postage paid by the buyer, unless otherwise noted; return shipping charges are subject to terms & conditions.
  • All returns must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns that occur as a result of improper packing and/or packaging.  Returned damaged items are subject to additional charges.
